- Beginning September 1st, 2023 there is a new Bag Policy for Music Hall. For your safety and expedited entry into Music Hall, bag sizes are restricted to 18” x 18” x 8”. Bags exceeding this designated size, including instrument cases, will not be permitted inside the building. Exceptions can be made if you have a medical necessity, please see a staff member who can assist. All bags and jackets are subject to inspection at the entrance.
- Please review additional safety information from the Cincinnati Arts Association on their venue safety page. Contact us in advance with any questions or concerns about your ability to abide by any of the policies outlined on this page.
- Children ages 6 and older are welcome at CSO concerts. All children, regardless of age, must be able to stay in their assigned seat for the duration of the performance.
- Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed in the hall for CSO performances
- Bring only minimal personal items with you to expedite safety screenings. View a list of all prohibited items.

There are over 2,500 parking spots within four blocks of Music Hall! Washington Park Garage on Elm Street—may be reserved in advance, see "Guaranteed Parking" below. Music Hall surface lot on Elm Street—first come, first served for spaces not reserved for donor parking; available for $20 event rate to the general public. Payment accepted at the Pay Machine in lot. Town Center (CET) Garage on Central Parkway behind Music Hall—$10 event rate. Accepts cash and credit payments. Rear Central Avenue entrance is credit card only. There are many other lots and garages within walking distance to Music Hall, for more information please visit our parking page.

Beverages without ice are permitted in the hall. No food is permitted in the hall. Food and all beverages can be enjoyed in the foyer before the concert and during intermission.
