Music Hall

While we know that parking in our vibrant, active neighborhood can be a challenge, we work hard to make parking as easy as possible for our audiences at Music Hall. Pricing is not controlled by the CSO and is subject to change at any time.

General Parking

  • There are over 2,500 parking spots within four blocks of Music Hall!
    • Washington Park Garage on Elm Street—may be reserved in advance, see "Guaranteed Parking" below.
    • Music Hall surface lot on Elm Street—first come, first served for spaces not reserved for donor parking; available for $20 event rate to the general public. Payment accepted at the Pay Machine in lot.
    • Town Center (CET) Garage on Central Parkway behind Music Hall—$10 event rate. Accepts cash and credit payments. Rear Central Avenue entrance is credit card only.
  • There are many other lots and garages within walking distance to Music Hall—see map below.

Guaranteed Parking in Washington Park Garage

  • Subscriber parking: CSO and Pops subscribers may purchase parking in advance for $15 per concert in the Washington Park Garage. We also have limited Valet spots available for $20. Call 513.381.3300 during business hours to reserve. Some concerts do sell out so make sure to purchase early!
  • Individual ticket buyers: Any remaining spots in the Washington Park Garage may be purchased in advance for $15. Call 513.381.3300 to reserve starting Monday the week of the performance.


Parking Alert: There will be increased traffic and demand for parking on conflict dates when FCC has a game at TQL Stadium.

Central Parkway will be closed from Liberty Street to Ezzard Charles in both directions starting at 1 PM on affected Saturdays. We recommend allowing plenty of extra time for traffic and arriving early for the best parking optionsWe strongly recommend purchasing pre-paid parking in Washington Park Garage.

Parking Day Of: We have secured a limited number of $30 parking spaces for ticket holders in nearby lots on a first-come-first-served basis off of Court Street: 250 W. Court St, Cincinnati 45202. Spots may be paid day-of at the location, with cash (exact change only) or credit card. To access these lots, present your printed, mobile or email ticket for the evening’s performance, or the purchase confirmation email. Attendants will be on site at entrances and will assist with parking and payment.

Guaranteed Donor Parking 

  • Donors of $3,000 or more to the Orchestra Fund receive complimentary parking in the Music Hall surface lot. For more information on donor benefits, call 513.744.3271.

Parking/Drop-Off for Handicapped/Mobility Impaired

  • A convenient drop-off lane is located in front of Music Hall on Elm Street, near the Box Office and wheelchair-accessible entrance (1241 Elm Street). 
  • Handicapped parking spaces are located in the Washington Park Garage, and (as available) in the Music Hall surface lot and Town Center Garage. We are happy to talk with you about parking options—please call the Box Office at 513.381.3300.

Alternative Transportation/Ridesharing

The CSO encourages public transit and ridesharing.

  • Cincinnati Bell Connector: Also known as the streetcar, the Connector stops directly in front of Music Hall on Elm Street
  • Cincy Red Bike: Pick up or drop off a Red Bike directly in front of Music Hall in Washington Park
  • CincyEZPark: This simple app allows you to pay parking meters by phone

Riverbend Music Center

We're excited to welcome you back to Riverbend! The health and safety of our audiences, artists and staff is our top priority. We are following all required health and safety protocols set by local and state health officials.   • Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home and contact our Box Office.
  • As stated in the Ohio Department of Health order, fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks, and non-vaccinated guests and those who feel more comfortable wearing masks are encouraged to continue to do so.
  • Wash your hands frequently. Hand sanitizer stations are available near Concessions and Riverbend has made restroom upgrades for cleanliness and ease.
  • Safety: All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Riverbend Music Center security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
  • Pack appropriately! The weather can get hot, so stay hydrated. Free, refillable water stations are available throughout the concourse. If you’re packing a picnic or seated on the lawn don’t forget those essentials like a lawn chair or sunscreen. View a list of appropriate and prohibited items.

Parking
Ample parking is available in the lots surrounding Coney Island and Riverbend.

  • Parking costs for Pops concerts at Riverbend is included in the price of your ticket
  • Use Gates 1, 2 or 3 to park in a lot marked Event Parking
    • Gate 1 - Penn Avenue entrance, closest to I-275 bridge
    • Gate 2 - Sutton Road entrance, near Coney Island and Sunlite Pool. This entrance is good for those with accessibility needs or who need to visit the Box Office. Look for the Coney Island archway
    • Gate 3 - Enters directly into the main parking lot
    • Gate 4 - Exit only
    • Gate 5 - Authorized personnel only
