• Although from different eras and backgrounds, both Mozart and Stravinsky were geniuses that propelled the art of composition forward.

• The phenomenal Labèque sisters return to the CSO stage for the first time since 1999 to perform Mozart’s Concerto for Two Pianos, a clever musical “conversation” he wrote to play with his own sister on two pianos.

• Stravinsky’s Concerto for String Orchestra and his Symphonies of Wind Instruments, a colorful, “no strings attached” musical collage Stravinsky himself brought to Cincinnati are also featured, and Mozart’s exceptional and tremendously popular Symphony No. 40 closes this exciting program. You’ll recognize Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 right from the start
