Lollipop Family Concerts
2008-2009 Season
The CSO presents delightful Saturday
morning Lollipop Family Concerts designed for children ages
3–10 and their families. These creatively themed concerts are enjoyed by thousands
of families each year and present a terrific opportunity to
introduce young children to symphonic music. Join us for pre-concert activities in the lobby, including an opportunity to get "up close and musical" with instruments and the CSO musicians who play them.
$12 Adults, $7 Children (one concert), or
$20 Adults, $10 Children (both concerts)

SAT NOV 1
10:30 am
Vince Lee, conductor
You can help the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, led by Assistant Conductor Vince Lee, celebrate nature's creepiest and crawliest critters - bugs. Featuring favorites like “Flight of the Bumblebee” and the sing-a-long “Itsy Bitsy Spider,”
the concert is designed for the music lover—and the insect lover—in all of us.
Not to bug you, but you should plan on coming to this concert!

SAT MAR 7
10:30 am
Vince Lee, conductor
America's favorite pastime teams up with Cincinnati's favorite pastime to present a concert of music about baseball. The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Assistant Conductor Vince Lee will play ball with music like The Star Spangled Banner, Casey at the Bat and Take Me Out to the Ballgame. The CSO has covered the bases with the music and special guests will help round out a homerun program. Root, root, root for the CSO Lollipop Concert!
Come early to experience the “Instrument Petting Zoo” and “Meet a Musician” areas beginning at 9:30 am!
