At the CSO and Pops we recognize that music is a subjective personal experience. Though we guarantee the highest quality performances we cannot guarantee that individual expectations will met be for every audience member. In these cases we are happy to assist season ticket holders in finding alternatives to better meet their needs.

If, after the first concert in your series, you are not completely satisfied, contact us at 513.381.3300 and we will work with you to identify better options or refund the remaining tickets in your series. No refunds will be issued for concerts which have passed (even if the tickets are unused), and refunds are not available for ticket processing fees.
